Frequently Asked Questions
Our SaaS solutions are intended for single open-source application platforms, which typically for require less resources and are therefore less expensive. SaaS plans are ideal for smaller to medium sized workloads.
Whereas, our iPaaS solutions are intended for larger workloads, such as open-source applications for the Enterprise and/or multi-application requirements. Accordingly, our iPaaS services offer higher levels of support, which are typically desired for Enterprise-level solutions.
Our plans are designed to balance affordability and flexibility to meet most common use cases. Our plans provide choice of number of virtual nodes and a few of the most common node sizes, based upon virtual CPU, memory, local disk, and persistent data and database volumes.Â
Other distinctions between the plan sizes are whether you require load balancing (for high availability) and to what level of support you need.Â
Lastly, all of our plans offer a generous outbound data transfer allowance. This allowance is an allocation of all nodes data transfer allowances pooled together for a combined allocation, rather than being based upon an individual node allowance (except in a case when your subscription is only for a single node).Â
